Avengers Tower used to be Stark tower before the Avengers Initiative was formed by the handler and director Nick Fury.
The tower has a spot for landing Iron Man suit, Elevator that can handle the weight of Hulk, Acommodations for Thor and a master control hall.
Other facilities included in the tower are Medical bay, R&D department, Open lab for open research etc.
